This Louisville Everest Series aluminum attic ladder has a working load capability of 375lbs. This aluminum attic ladder fits ceiling heights of 10′ to 12′ and has a rough opening of 25.5″ X 63″. The Everest AL2540LG-R5 features a sturdy, yet lightweight design with pre-drilled holes for easier installation. Achieve superior energy efficiency with the R5 insulated door and factory installed weather stripping. It features an easy to open door with gas piston system, adjustable shoes, slip resistant steps, and an aluminum handrail for a comfortable transition. The Louisville AL2540LG-R5 Everest aluminum attic ladder meets or exceeds the safety standards set by ANSI.
